Oats Vada-Recipe

Here is the recipe of it:

Oats: 1 cup
Gram dal: 1 cup
Cummin seeds: 1 tsp
Curry leaves: 1/2 cup
Onions: 1
Chilly: depends on taste
Asafoetida: 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves: 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Oil-2-3 cups

Soak gram dal in water for an hour, filter the water and finelly grind the gram dal.
Soak oats in water for five minutes, filter the water and mix oats with grounded gram dal.
Add all the incredients to mixer except Oil and make small balls.
Keep the pan in stove (low flame) pour sifficient oil for deep frying.
Put the balls in oil and deep fry it...

Delicious oats vada ready...!!!!!!!!!!! yummy.....
